This week IPA entitled another project – Multi-Family Housing in Hanford! Therefore, we have started the construction documents.

Starting to see signs that the construction on our new senior community in Carlsbad, California is nearing completion. The community signage was installed a few days ago.

We helped our client with some initial design concepts to give this dated apartment building in Rhode Island a fresh new look.

Construction is finishing at our Woodland Hills Memory Care Community. We are addressing the final details and the furniture and landscaping will be installed later this month. Residents will be moving in soon!
