PROJECT PERMITTED!

The City of San Gabriel has approved our construction documents. We are looking forward starting construction on this new Senior Housing Community. This 5-acre mini CCRC Community will connect to the community via walking trails and include a public statue garden created by local artists. The building has separate outdoor spaces, dining and multiple activity rooms for each level of care.  There will be a total of 196 senior housing apartments consisting of 86 Independent Living Units, 71 Assisted Living Units, 39 Memory Care Units. Residents will have the opportunity to involve themselves in the surrounding neighborhood where they can engage in community activities.
