WETTING CEREMONY

IPA enjoyed attending the “Wetting Ceremony” of Protea Senior Living’s project in Oceanside. Mr. Spiro and Mr. Van Der Laan brought the “Wetting Ceremony” over from South Africa. This Celebration takes place when the building is watertight and celebrates quality construction. The afternoon included a Thank You to PWD & IPA, lunch and the symbolic pouring of a bottle of rum onto the roof.
