UH-OH! WHAT’S THIS?

Get a sneak-peek at our latest project, opening soon! This will be Irwin Partner’s third Alaskan-based project! We assisted Aspen Creek by connecting their two stand-alone assisted living buildings by creating a new entry with a shared common space, exercise room, library, beauty salon, kitchen, dining room, staff offices, and great room. We also had the honor of building their new memory-care wing. We love coming back here, both for the amazing communities we’re building and for the fishing!
