STARTING CONSTUCTION

After five and a half years we finally broke ground on our new Affordable Senior Housing project. Orange Senior Housing managed by local volunteers, is thrilled to again partner with the City of Orange on their new project, Katella Terrace. There will be 74 senior housing units along with a community room, exercise room, and resident garden. Katella Terrace will have a gated parking lot that will be located on the North side of the property.
