Take a peek at one of our recently entitled projects, a 64 unit apartment community in Moreno Valley. Our team was focused on versatility. We considered that residents would be at different stages of their lives and have different needs for working, studying and gathering with family and friends. To meet renters’ expectations, each unit includes laundry, large closets, and extra storage in the kitchen and on the patio. The main living space is centrally located in the apartment, allowing the sense of privacy to extend to the private outdoor space which is flanked by bedrooms. This design direction, coupled with site amenities, will support the middle-income households who will come to call Valley Gardens ‘Home’.
