GRAND OPENING IN FLORIDA

Sunscape Senior Living Community in Boca Rotan celebrated their Grand Opening last week. The evening was celebrated with live music, gourmet hors d’ oeuvres and showcased the beautiful new community. Guests were taken on community tours to experience the high-end amenities and luxurious lifestyle that awaits them.

Top-notch amenities include: a sparkling walk-in swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, in-house movie theatre, bistro, game room, dining room, beautifully landscaped screened in courtyards complete with seating, putting green and BBQ.

The grand opening was the perfect event which provided the local community a time celebrate and experience what Sunscape has to offer.

The 94,464 sq. ft. building sits on ten acres of land. The community has 100 units of Assisted Living & Memory Care apartments. Assisted Living includes: 12 studios, 46 one-bedrooms, 14 one-bedroom plus den, Memory Care includes: 12 private units and 16 shared units.
