CONSTRUCTION HAS BEGUN IN FLORIDA

Protea St Johns is a 181,000 square foot luxury senior campus. The community, which consists of 82 Independent Living, 66 Assisted Living and 24 Memory Care units is located in the upscale Beachwalk Master planned community close to the affluent suburbs of Nocatee and Ponte Vedra Beach in St Johns County which forms the southern most part of the Jacksonville MSA.

Being one of the fastest growing areas in the US over the past 10 years, the Jacksonville MSA has attracted enormous investment, particularly in the fields of finance, healthcare and technology and is home to one of only three Mayo Clinics in the United States.

Protea St Johns will have a movie theatre, hair salon and spa, a golf simulator as well as a fitness center with exercise and therapeutic equipment. Other amenities will include a bar and grill, a library, a club home as well as multi-functional activity rooms that can be used for art , music, yoga, religious practice and lectures.
