COLOR

Color is such an important aspect of our everyday lives. It impacts how we feel and our emotions. Color can trigger our appetite, psychological effects, biological conditioning, and cultural imprinting. It is important to understand the fundamentals of color theory when choosing color. On a few of our Affordable Housing Community rehab projects we used these theories and were able to update and breathe new life into the building. Paint is inexpensive and can be changed as colors change to keep the building updated. Allowing us to spend most of our budget on the interiors and energy efficiency such as new appliances, windows, cabinets, flooring and reconfigure the common areas, all of which have the largest effect on the residents.
