SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

Senior Project Managers at IPA spend as much time designing/detailing in BIM as they do coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors. Irwin Partners Architects is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. We focus primarily on licensed Senior Housing communities across the US, also work in Affordable and Market-Rate multi-family housing. IPA works in a team environment where each person is engaged in all phases of the project from schematics through construction administration.

Qualifications:

• Senior Housing experience (specifically RCFE’s)
• 8-10 years BIM/CAD (ArchiCAD preferred)
• Experienced in Type V, 1 HR construction.
• Skillful with understanding Building Codes

Compensation:

• Anticipated salary range for this position: $85,000 – $115,000; based on experience level.
