RECENT GRADUATE/ENTRY LEVEL

Job Description:

We focus primarily on licensed Senior Housing communities across the US, and also work in Affordable and Market-Rate multi-family housing. IPA works in a team environment where each person is engaged in all phases of the project from schematics through construction administration.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate / 1-2 years experience
• Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree required
• Experience using ArchiCad, SketchUp, Adobe Suites, Bluebeam, and Draftsight
• Graphic presentation skills
• Passionate about Architecture with motivation to excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Opportunities for experiencing full spectrum of architectural practice from feasibility study to
  construction service.

Compensation:

• $22.00 – $ 27.00 Hourly
