NEW SENIOR HOUSING COMMUNITY COMING TO PALMDALE!

The Planning Department of the City of Palmdale unanimously approved the designs for our new Assisted Living and Memory Care building! This Assisted Living wing will include Studios and 1-Bedroom units. The Common areas will include a Living Room, Dining Room, Bistro, Private Dining Room, Card Room, Fitness Center, Activity Room, Theater, Craft Room Spa/Salon and Courtyard. The Memory Care wing units will include Private and Semi Private units and a common Living Room, Dining Room, Activity Room and Courtyard.
